How to Correct a Missing or Non Matching Signature on Your Vote-by-Mail Ballot

Effective May 2019, if you returned your Vote-by-Mail ballot to your Supervisor of Elections, but forgot to sign the ballot or your signature doesn’t match, your ballot will not count unless you complete and return the  Signature Cure Affidavit and a copy of your Photo Id no later than 5:00 p.m. on the on the 2 nd day after the election.
