2024 Presidential Preference Primary Election

Deadline to register: February 20

  • Early Voting Dates: Saturday, March 9 – Saturday, March 16, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Election Day: Tuesday, March 19, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

2024 Primary Election

Deadline to register: July 22

  • Early Voting Dates: Saturday, August 10 – Saturday, August 17, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Election Day: August 20, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

2024 General Election

Deadline to register: October 7, 2024

  •  Early Voting Dates: Monday, October 21st thru Saturday, November 2nd, including Sunday October 27th, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sunday, November 3rd, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Election Day: November 5, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Photo and signature identification is required

Acceptable forms of photo identification include:

  • Florida driver license
  • Florida identification card issued by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles
  • United States passport
  • Debit or credit card
  • Military identification
  • Student identification
  • Retirement center identification
  • Neighborhood association identification
  • Public assistance identification
  • State of Florida concealed weapon or firearm license
  • Employee identification card issued by any branch, department, agency, or entity of the federal government, state, a county, or a municipality
  • Veteran health identification card issued by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs

If photo ID lacks a signature, additional ID with a signature is required. Without ID, provisional ballot can be used, later reviewed by canvassing board for eligibility.

For those who require assistance in reading or marking their ballot, there are options available:

  • You can bring someone with you to help you in the voting process.
  • Poll workers are also present at the voting location and can provide assistance upon request.

Additionally, early voting locations offer the following services to ensure accessibility:

  • Spanish language assistance is available to assist Spanish-speaking voters.
  • ADA-compliant (Americans with Disabilities Act) voting equipment is provided to accommodate voters with disabilities.
